The Exact Moment I Knew I Couldn't Keep

There was a point in my own journey when I realized:
I had the corner office. The title. The respect. The responsibility. I was leading teams, building culture, and carrying weight most people never saw.
But somewhere along the way, I had become unrecognizable to myself.
I was so busy leading for everyone else that I stopped listening to my own voice. I had lost sight of my own values. And I kept telling myself to just push through. Until I couldn’t.
